As a Forest Ecologist I’m particularly interested in understanding the relationships between forest structure and biodiversity (with special reference to plants), especially in undisturbed, old-growth forests. Nevertheless, my research interests span across ecological systems, taxa and scales and include: Plant distribution patterns, Drivers of plant diversity, Functional diversity and Ecosystems functioning, all seasoned with a lot of R programming.
